Here are a few guidelines about our new and remade products: Special requests are welcome! Over the years we've made a variety of "specials" for people from Alaska to Arizona to suit their particular needs or climate. On "remake" orders, we will advise you of the status of the down and feathers in your product. These may need to be replaced if the oils that provide loft have been washed away. We require a 50% deposit with your order. The balance is due prior to shipping. Please allow three weeks for delivery. UPS or parcel post charges are additional. Tax on Connecticut and Vermont residents is 5%. Prices are subject to change without notice. We guarantee that all our products are made with new materials. Because of their use, we cannot accept used returns but will alter to suit you.
